Since receiving their headsets, our internal sales staff have improved and increased productivity. They can now continue to talk to a customer while they move around the office, which improves process times and is a positive for the customer and their query. In addition, whilst not at desk they can answer a phone call and start assisting a customer. We are all very happy. I was particularly impressed with the speedy delivery. These headsets are excellent...I’ll definitely be recommending them to those interested in these headset to contact you. Thanks for all your help and assistance in delivery excellence too. I will be recommending your company and sales team to others.
